Truly, Madly, Deeply Melbourne Part Two – Let’s Celebrate!

We’re celebrating 20 years of events at the Plaza Ballroom. Come celebrate with us as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.

Guests will enjoy four contemporary courses created by our Executive Chef, David Ricardo (formerly of Pearl & Chin Chin) with perfectly matched wines, delicious cocktails and a ‘degustation’ of entertainment (this year it’s not just your taste buds that will be tickled!)

This year our wine partner is SANTA & D’SAS, a collaboration between the Santarossa and Di Sciascio families. With a shared Italian heritage and a passion for making wine, Santa & D'Sas has focused on producing wines from the King Valley with special project wines coming from other select Victorian regions.

Enjoy a paired-back STARWARD mixer on arrival and a pop up whisky bar, celebrating locally made single malt. This uniquely Australian spirit is aged in premium Australian wine barrels and made from barley to bottle at STARWARD’s new Port Melbourne distillery.
